OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO SUBDIVIDE
APPROXIMATELY .55 OF AN ACRE INTO. THREE SINGLE-FAMILY
CLUSTER LOTS.

LOCATION: Northeast: corner of Blaney Avenue and Price Avenue
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as setforth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of January 14, 1980.
CONDITIONS:
1-14 Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A 1st Revision of Application
30 -TM -79 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein.
16. To insure that the water tower structure is not partially located
within the eventual public right-of-way for Price Avenue, the applicant,
with the concurrence of the Director of Public Works, shall have the option
of either moving the water tower building so that it lies wholly within
the property lines outside of the planned public right-of-way; or offer-
ing for dedication a lesser right-of-way, such that the water tower in
its present location will not encroach beyond the private property lines.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of February, 1980, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the follow-
ing rollcall vote.:
AYES: Commissioners Blaine, Claudy, Koenitzer, and Chairman Gatto
NAYS: None
ABSTAIN: Commissioner Adams
ABSENT: None
