RESOLUTION NO. 2029
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO SUBDIVIDE
ONE PARCEL INTO TWO PARCELS CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY
.95 ACRES AND .7 ACRES
APPLICANT: Cypress Properties, Inc.
ADDRESS: 3000 Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park, California 94025
SUBMITTED: December 7, 1979
LOCATION: Southwest corner of Greenleaf Drive and Bandley Drive
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and sub -
conclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of
January 14, 1980.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special
conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the
special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 28 -TM -79 as may
be modified by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The applicant/property owner shall record a covenant obligating existing
and future property owners to provide reciprocal ingress/egress easements
by and between Parcels A and B at such time in the future as Parcel i
develops. The precise location of the easement shall be determined by the
City at the time that the adjoining property develops.
17. The applicant shall be required to record a covenant obligating owners
of the office parcel to provide reciprocal ingress/egress easements with
the adjoining property to the south at such time in the future as the City
can require the same of the adjoining property owner. The precise location
of the easement shall be determined by the City at the time that the
adjoining property develops.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of January, 1980, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Blaine, Claudy, Koenitzer

ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Chairman Gatto
