HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 202928 -TM -79 RESOLUTION NO. 2029 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO SUBDIVIDE ONE PARCEL INTO TWO PARCELS CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY .95 ACRES AND .7 ACRES APPLICANT: Cypress Properties, Inc. ADDRESS: 3000 Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park, California 94025 SUBMITTED: December 7, 1979 LOCATION: Southwest corner of Greenleaf Drive and Bandley Drive FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and sub - conclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of January 14, 1980. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 28 -TM -79 as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The applicant/property owner shall record a covenant obligating existing and future property owners to provide reciprocal ingress/egress easements by and between Parcels A and B at such time in the future as Parcel i develops. The precise location of the easement shall be determined by the City at the time that the adjoining property develops. 17. The applicant shall be required to record a covenant obligating owners of the office parcel to provide reciprocal ingress/egress easements with the adjoining property to the south at such time in the future as the City can require the same of the adjoining property owner.
