HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Reso 215822-U-70 RESOLUTION NO. 2158 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A FIVE (5) YEAR EXTENSION OF A USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE USE OF A RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE FOR A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE USE. APPLICANT: P. Brien Wilson ADDRESS: 20401 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: October 14, 1980 LOCATION: North side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 400 ft. east of De Anza Boulevard FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of November 10, 1980. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 22-U-70 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The applicant shall record a covenant obligating existing and future property owners to agree to participate in reciprocal ingress/egress driveways by and between the subject property and the adjoining properties at such time in the future as the City can require the same of the adjoining property owners. The City may require the implementation of said agreement upon the development and/or redevelop- ment of the subject property or any of the immediately adjacent properties. It is the Commissions intention that the reciprocal access driveways shall be designed such that they do not reduce the allowable building intensity on the subject property.
