HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 215013 -TM -80 RESOLUTION NO. 2150 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO CREATE ONE PARCEL CONSISTING OF 67 AIR SPACE .CONDOMINIUMS. APPLICANT: Woodspring, Inc. ADDRESS: 125 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025 SUBMITTED: September 5, 1980 LOCATION:, Adjacent to and southerly of Homestead Road opposite the intersection of Fallen Leaf Drive and Homestead Road. --------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning, Commission meeting of October 13, 1980. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A 1st Revision of Application 13 -TM -80 as may be -amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The applicant shall record a covenent restricting sales price, resale procedures, etc., per the requirements of the City's Below Rate Market Housing Program on six of the condominium units within the subdivision. Said covenent shall be recorded simultaneously with the filing of the final subdivision map and shall be subject to review and approval of the Ci:ty Attorney. 17. All applicable sub -sections of Sectio rs l3.5 and 13.6 of the RlC Ordinance (Ordinance 664) requiring street improvements and covenants, shall apply to the subject development. The applicant shall be required to install street improvements along the entire frontage of. Homestead Road. 18. The building wall locations illustrated on the tentative map exhibit are conceptual in nature, and in no way alter the building site plan approved in conjunction with the use permit Application 17-U-80. 19. The applicant shall record reciprocal ingress/egress easements over the entrance driveway to reflect the joint usage concept between the subject project and adjoining Springwood Apartment complex.
