RESOLUTION NO. 7295
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO, 1 FOR
ANNUAL OVERLAY, PROJECT 87-108
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California,
that Change Order No, 1 for changes to work which has been approved by the Director
of Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be, and it is hereby approved
in conjunction with the project known as
ANNUAL OVERLAY, PROJECT 87-108
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds are available and no further appropriation
is necessary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 8th day of Seotember ,1987, by the following vote'
