Subj: MINOR MODIFICATION OF APPLICATION 21-U-89, CLARK'S MACHINE SHOP
Chapter 19.31 of the Cupertino Municipal Code provides for administrative
approval of minor changes in projects. The Director reports his decision to the
City Council and Planning Commission in time to allow any Councilmember of
Planning Commissioner to appeal the decision
Minor Modification of Application 21-U-89, Clark's Machine Shop, 10270 Imperial Avenue.
. Request to modify Condition No. 14 of City Council Action Letter dated September 20, 1989 regarding
outdoor/trash enclosure. The condition of approval requires that the trash enclosure be constructed of
concrete block material with a screened gate. The applicant is requesting that this condition be modified
to allow the enclosure material to be metal cyclone fence with gray plastic slates. The Planning Director
has approved the modification because the gray slate material will match the color of the building, they
will adequately protect views to the trash can and the enclosure will only be visible from the two
industrial properties north and south.
The Director of Community Development deems the modification minor and approves the change. The
approval is effective June 13, 1994. The fourteen calendar day appeal period will expire June 27, 1994.
