Chapter 19.128 allows for issuance of a temporary use permit. The
Director reports his decision to the City Council and Planning
Commission in time to allow any Councilmember or Planning
Commissioner to appeal the decision
Application
Issuance of a temporary use permit to C. J. Olson allowing the temporary use of a vacant lot to
sell cherries for 4 months. The lot is located at the Southeast comer of Stevens Creek Boulevazd
and Miller Avenue.
. Description
Mr. Olson will set up a stand to sell cherries dwing the cherry harvest season. The hows of
operation will be dwing daylight hours.
The applicant has been granted a temporary use permit subject to the following conditions:
• The use permit is approved fora 30 day period.
• The applicant shall provide and maintain in good order, a designated pazking azea.
• The applicant may use base rock in the parking azea rather than asphalt.
• The building will not be located in the public right of way.
