The Director reports his decision to the City Council and Planning Commission in time to allow any Councilmember or Planning Commissioner to appeal the decision Application Issuance of a temporary use permit to C. J. Olson allowing the temporary use of a vacant lot to sell cherries for 4 months. The lot is located at the Southeast comer of Stevens Creek Boulevazd and Miller Avenue. . Description Mr. Olson will set up a stand to sell cherries dwing the cherry harvest season. The hows of operation will be dwing daylight hours. The applicant has been granted a temporary use permit subject to the following conditions: • The use permit is approved fora 30 day period. • The applicant shall provide and maintain in good order, a designated pazking azea. • The applicant may use base rock in the parking azea rather than asphalt. • The building will not be located in the public right of way.
