2 That the purchase price for the real property and easement
3 F under option shall be Three Thousand Two H�,�ndred and Fifty
4 Dollars (#3,250.00) , which said sum shall constitute the full
5 consideration due from Purchaser to Sellers for the conveyance, a
6 covenants , privileges and agreements herein set forth in the
7 event that Purchaser sht:,ll elect to exercise this option.

13 srall be constructed or placed below the groimd surface.
14 That Purchaser will utilize such water as may be developed
15 c-:t the proposed site to meet its contractual obligation to
lg Sellers as defined in that certain Plc-reement dated Nay 2 , 1950,
17 by and beta:een later Works of Acnt,: Vis- , Ltd. , an-3 Arch
18 and Pauline G. Wilson.
