The Director reports his; I decision to the City Council and Planning iCommission in time to allow any council member; or Planning Commissioner to appeal the decision APPLICATION: Minor Modification of Application 16-U-73, Church of Assembly, 20075 Bollinger Road. DESCRIPTION: Request to modify Use Permit to allow the enclosure of a patio area located at the reaz of the building. The 800 square foot enclosed patio will be used as a playroom for children during poor weather. Staff has stressed to the Church that the structure can not become more permanent in nature or add to the maximum capacity of the church without applying to the Planning Commission for a conditional use permit. The attached aerial demonstrates that the visual impact of the enclosure will be minor.. For example, the enclosure can not be viewed from Bollinger Road and a large buffer (approximately 200 feet) exists between the church and the nearest neighbor to the rear. Located to the east of the subject property is the All-American Shopping Center and to the west is another church. ACTION: The Director of Community Development deems the modification minor and approves the change. The approval is effective May 8, 1995. The fourteen day appeal period will expire May 77, 1995.
