Subject: Report of Director's decision regazding approval of a temporary use permit.
Chapter 19.128 of the Cupertino Municipal Code allows for administrative approval of a temporary use
permit. The director reports his decision to the City Council and Planning Commission in time to allow
any councilmember or planning commissioner to appeal the decision within fourteen calendar days.
Application:
Use permit to use the Tone Avenue paved lot owned by Cupertino City Center complex for parking of
• vehicles during reconstruction work of the Cupertino Waterfall condominiums.
Description:
The triangle lot at Torre avenue and Rodrigues from February 24, 1995 to August 24, 1995.
Action:
The Director of Community Development has approved the use permit request for a six month period.

• Please inform the parties concerned that Town Center Village Homeowners Association does not
have a problem with Cupertino Waterfall Homeowners Association using the large triangular parking
lot on Torre Avenue during retrofit work. We do ask that residents of Waterfall Homeowners
Association do not use Town Center Homeowners Association for a shoR cut back to their complex.
