WHEREAS, there has been presented to the city council an agreement for
the iltprovement of street frontage alon; CUpertino Road by Steven C.

WHEREAS, said~...posed a': Leement contains provisions for the
construction of streets, c::ums, gutters, sidewalks am for other
iJtprovements within a period of five (5) years am six (6) nonths fran the
date of execution of said agreement; am said a': Leement havi.r¥1 been
approved by the City Attorney;
NCM, ~, BE IT RESOLVED that the afoL"lIIelltioned agJ::eement is
hereby approved; am the city Err;Jineer is hereby authorized to sign the
final plans when presented by the develcp!r; am the Mayor am the city
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreement herein referred to in
behalf of the city of CUpertino.
BE IT FURl'HER RESOLVED that the city Clerk is hereby authorized to
file said agreement with the Santa Clara County Recorder.
