The aerial installation consists of: a) twelve (12) individual panel antennae that are 48" x IS" x 5" (l x w x d) in size and flush-mounted to the equipment penthouse screen in groups of four in the northerly, southerly and westerly direction; and b) base equipment to be located in an unused storage area in the basement garage 0 f the building. The plan set shows the antennae sited level with the top of the penthouse enclosure wall The enclosed photosimulation shows "before" and "after" views from two street-side angles. The antennae will be painted to match the color of the brick tiles. Staff feels this is one of the better examples of antenna concealment and commends the applicant for his effort and creativity.
