Chapter 19.132 of the Cupertino Municipal Code allows for administrative approval of
minor changes to a project. The Director reports his decision to the City Council and
Planning Commission in time to allow any Councilmember or Planning Commissioner to
appeal the decision within fourteen calendar days.
Application:
Minor Modification of 08-U-00 to extend the duration of the outdoor farmers' market
from May - October to May - November 17,2000 at 10123 North Wolfe Road
(northwest Vallco Fashion Park parking lot).
Description:
The Vallco Certified Farmers' Market (VCFM) has exceeded the applicant's
expectations. Due to its success, VCFM, its parent, Pacific Coast Farmers' Market
Association and Val1co Fashion Park have requested a 2 and 12 week extension of their
season through November 17,2000. Since its ope~ing in May 2000, the market has been
operating without problems or complaints.
Action:
The Director of Community Development deems the modification minor and approves
the time extension through November 17, 2000
This approval of the modification is effective August 7, 2000. The fourteen calendar day
appeal period will expire on August 21, 2000
