The Director reports his decision to the City Council and Planning Commission in time to allow any Councilmember or Planning Commissioner to appeal the decision within fourteen calendar days. Application: Minor Modification of 08-U-00 to extend the duration of the outdoor farmers' market from May - October to May - November 17,2000 at 10123 North Wolfe Road (northwest Vallco Fashion Park parking lot). Description: The Vallco Certified Farmers' Market (VCFM) has exceeded the applicant's expectations. Due to its success, VCFM, its parent, Pacific Coast Farmers' Market Association and Val1co Fashion Park have requested a 2 and 12 week extension of their season through November 17,2000. Since its ope~ing in May 2000, the market has been operating without problems or complaints. Action: The Director of Community Development deems the modification minor and approves the time extension through November 17, 2000 This approval of the modification is effective August 7, 2000.
