Chapter 19.132 of the Cupertino Municipal Code allows for administrative approval of minor changes in a project. The Director reports his decision to the City Council and Planning Commission in time to allow any Counci1member or Planning Commissioner to appeal the decision within fourteen calendar days. Application Minor modification of 17-ASA-99, Alan Chamorro for Grosvenor International, 5 Results Way, Building 4 Back~round The subject site is located at the Results Way Corporate Park at the intersection of Bubb Road and Results Way. On October 25, 1999, the Planning Commission approved architectural and site modifications for Building Four. The majority of the additional square footage (1,066.74 sq ft) would be located above the first floor bathroom area near the main lobby. An additional 189.69 sq ft will be added above a first floor conference room. A 241.63 sq ft section of floor area above the lobby will be removed. The net addition will be 1,014.8 sq ft. No exterior modifications are being made with this application. Based on the attached Exhibit A, 38,080 sq ft remains from the site's allocation under the General Plan. Building Four currently is 41,485 sq ft. The requested addition is a 2% increase in floor area. Staff considers that this increase in floor area is minor, since it is interior space and adequate parking is provided. The site currently has shared parking with Buildings One through Three. The total parking for the site is 480 spaces. With this building addition, the parking requirement for the Buildings One through Four will be 479 spaces. Therefore, the site will have sufficient parking to handle this expansion. Further expansion of square footage in Buildings One through Four would require the provision additional parking. Action The Director approves the modifications according to the plan set entitled "Building 4, Results Way Corporate Park," dated March 22,2000.
