I
Dear Sir or Madam:
Despite our best efforts, our applications for a building permit for the single-family residentc project
at 10660 is still pending. Since the planning permit issued to us on Dec.S, 2001 is to expire next
week. We think the application process may take at least another month because ofthe coming
Holidays. The issues raised by the city departments are being actively addressed.
We therefore would like to ask that an extension be granted for the aforementioned planning permit to
allow us to obtain the building penuit.
Sincerely,
Chiping Yang
