Chapter 19.128 of the Cupertino Municipal Code allows for administrative
approval of a use permit authorizing the use of a site in any zoning district for a
temporary use. The Director reports his decision to the City Council and
Planning Commission to allow any Councilmember or Planning Commissioner
to appeal the decision within fourteen calendar days.
Application:
The applicant proposes new monument and wall signs for the Courtyard
Marriott at 10605 N. Wolfe Road. The City's Architectural and Site Approval
Committee (ASAC) approved the existing signs on January 11, 1988. The size,
location and orientation of the new signs are consistent with the original
approval.
