Action:
The Director of Community Development approves this temporary use permit making the
following findings and conditions of approval.
Findings:
1. The granting of the permit will not be detrimental or injurious to property or
improvements in the vicinity, and will not be detrimental to the public, health, safety,
general welfare or convenience; and
2. The proposed temporary use will be located and conducted in a manner in accord with the
Cupertino General Plan and the purposes of this title.
Conditions of Approval:
1. The approval is based on the attached plan set titled: "Sterling Square Model
Home Plan" consisting of five sheets dated June 21, 2006, except as maybe amended by
the conditions contained hereafter in this approval.
2. General public entry to the model units is subject to the future approval ofthe Chief
Building Official, and is not granted by this temporary use permit.
3. General public admittance to the courtyard behind the model units and the construction
site is prohibited.
4. Directional, Informational and Residential Real Estate signs are subject to a maximum
height of 6 feet.
5. This temporary use permit is approved for a period of six (6) months effective June 22,
2006 and terminating on December 22, 2006. All signage and associated advertising
devices related to this approval shall be removed when this permit expires. The applicant
may apply for a 6-month time extension prior to the lapse of this permit.
This approval of the modification is effective June 22, 2006. The fourteen calendar day appeal
period will expire on July 6, 2006.
