Dear Sandra: On August 28,2007, the Director of Community Development approved the renewal of the above captioned use permit for a period of 10 years to September 11, 2015 (see attachment). The approval was granted to the applicant/owner Jason Osborne, NSA Wireless, representing Sprint/Nextel. There is a 14-day appeal period for the Director's decision that will expire on September 11, 2007 . Your planning application fees in the amount of $1,189 are being refunded to you and you will receive them under separate cover. I have reviewed your submitted plans, photo simulations and radio frequency radiation report for a T-Mobile personal wireless facility at this location. I have deemed it a collocation facility on a previously approved personal wireless service facility. As such, it is subject to the recently enacted state law, SB 1627, which permits local agencies to require only non-discretionary approvals (i.e. building permits) for collocation facilities. Because your facility is located on public school property, please seek your building permit approval through the Division ofthe State Architect.
