A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU1~fCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR STREETLIGHT PURPOSES
FROM BILL SULLIVAN, 10430 CA.LVERT DRIVE, APN 375-18-003
WHEREAS, Bill Sullivan, has executed a Grant of Easement for Streetlight
Purposes, which is in good and sufficient forni, granting the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain property situate at 10430 Calvert
Drive, APN 375-18-003, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B",
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 3rd day of March, 2009, by the following vote:

Cupertino, California
All that certain real property in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as follows:
Being a five foot strip of land, adjacent to, and coincident with, the northerly boundary of
that certain Lot 170, as shown upon that certain map entitled "Tract 1004", which was filed
for record in Book 40 of Maps, at Pages 29 and 30, on September 10, 1952, in Santa
Clara County Records, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 170, thence along the northerly line of
said lot, South 89°37'00" West, 100.16 feet, to the northwesterly corner of said Lot 170,
said point being on a curve, concave to the west, having a radial bearing of South
82°47'01" East, and a radius of 260.00 feet;
Thence, along the westerly boundary of said Lot 170, and southerly along said curve,
through a central angle of 1 °06'47", an arc distance of 5.05 feet, to a point on aline
parallel, and 5.00 feet distant, measured at a right angle, with the northerly boundary of
said Lot 170;
Thence, along said parallel line, North 89°37'00" East, 100.88 feet, to a point on the
easterly boundary of said Lot 170;
Thence, along said easterly boundary of said Lot 170, North O°20'15" West, 5.00 feet, to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
