APPROXIMATELIY 0.004 ACRES
WHEREAS, Woodrow E, williams and Ruth P. williams have executed a
grant deed which is in good and sufficient form granting to the city
of CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, state of Califomia, the fee
title to certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the
city of CUpertino, more particularly described in Exhibits "A" and
"B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino
County of Santa Clara, state of califomia, consisting of
Approximately 0.004 acres, located at Stelling Road and
Seven Springs Parkway
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the cityi of CUpertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURI'HER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said grant deed and this resolution.

TO BE GRANTED TO THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
FOR STREET PURPOSES
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, being described as follows:
A portion of that certain parcel of land granted to Woodrow E, and Ruth p, Williams
from Oscar and Esther Urban by Grant Deed dated March 28, 1953 and recorded on
March 31, 1953 in Book 2609 of Official Records Page 139, Santa Clara County
Records and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of said Parcel; said point of beginning lying
within the centerline of Stelling Road (40,00 feet wide); thence from said point of
beginning along the Southerly line of said Parcel South 890 27' 42" West 20,00
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said Southerly line
South 890 27' 42" West 24,94 feet; thence tangent to said Southerly line Easterly
and Northerly along a curve to the left with a radius of 20,00 feet, through a
central angle of 750 17' 31", an arc length of 26.28 feet to a point with a
radial bearing of South 750 49' 48" East; thence North 890 38' 42" East 5,64
feet to the Westerly line of Stelling Road (40,00 feet wide); thence along said
Westerly line South 000 21' 18" East 14.90 feet to the said true point of
beginning of this description and containing 0,004 acres of land more or less,
