WHEREAS, Karl Conrad am Jo Ann Vassallo have executed a Grant of
EaseInent for Roadway Purposes which is in good am sufficient form
granting to the City of CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, state of
California, easement over cerain real property for roadway purposes,
situate in the City of CUpertino, more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" am Exhibit "B", attached hereto am made a part hereof,
which is as follows
All that certain real property situate in the city of CUpertino,
County of Santa Clara, state of California, consisting of approxiInately
.036 acres at the northwest comer of Orange Avenue am
Almaden Avenue
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of CUpertino accept said
grant so tendered; am
IT IS FURIHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said dedication am this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a reaular meeting of the City Council of the

An easement over a portion of Section 96 as said Section is shown on
that certain "Map of Subdivision 'A' Monta Vista" filed for record in
the office of the Santa Clara County Recorder April 11, 1917, in Book
P of Maps, Page 20, Said easement more particularly described in the
following:
Beginning at a Point 5.00' north of the most southwest corner of said
Section 96;
Thence, east 70.15, along a line parallel and northerly 5.00', measured
at right angles, from the northerly line of Almaden Avenue,
Thence along a tangent curve to the left of radius 20', through a central

Thence north 73,30' to the most northerly property line of said Section
