ROOF The roof material shalt have a material thickness and overlap creating a Layered look similar to the existing heavy shake roof. A sample of the new roof material shall be submitted with the building permit to confirm that the shingle thickness matches the existing heavy shake roof. 5. I A_NDSCAPING The tree replacement ratio shall be one tree replaced for every tree removed. A minimum of six of the trees shall be 24" box.
