The intent is to prove that the proposed lighting will not create glare or shine beyond the property lines. 3. p~TIO CONCRETE New textured concrete patio (plan A5.3) shall match in color, material and texture as existing patio. 4. ROOF The roof material shalt have a material thickness and overlap creating a Layered look similar to the existing heavy shake roof. A sample of the new roof material shall be submitted with the building permit to confirm that the shingle thickness matches the existing heavy shake roof. 5. I A_NDSCAPING The tree replacement ratio shall be one tree replaced for every tree removed. A minimum of six of the trees shall be 24" box. The location for additional replacement trees not shown on plan page LP-1 shall be chosen by the landscape architect. A final landscape and irrigation plan, consistent with the cities Xeriscape ordinance, shall be submitted with the building permit and approved by staff.
