WHEREAS, the applicant has met the burden of proof required to support
his said application; am
WHEREAS, the PlaI11'lirq commission, after duly noticed public hearings,
has fo=rded its recammendations to the City Council.
NOO', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that after careful consideration of
maps, facts, exhibits am other evidence sul:mù.tted in this matter, the
application for the Variance (3-V-87) be am the same is hereby approved
with the following corxiitions am fiIrlings:
FINDmGS:

That there are extraordinary circumstances or corxiitions

That the granting of the variance action is necessary for the
preservation am enjoyment of substantial property rights.
That the hearing record deIronstrates that the granting of the
variance will not have a material, adverse inpact upon the health
or safety of persons residing or workin;¡ in the neighbOJ:hood of
the property. Further, the manner in which the property will be
used subsequent to iltplementation of the variance action will not
be materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to
the value of property or iltprovement located in the vicinity of
the property affected by said variance.
