The patio enclosure is architecturally compatible with the surrounding structures. J 2.1t is not visible from any of the surrounding residences, except from the rooftops. 3. The material specification for the enclosure indicates that the space is limited to recreation and outdoor living purposes only, and cannot be used as a habitable room. 4. The additional space does not have any impact on existing parking, since parking requirements are based on number of bedrooms. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the construction of patio enclosure is here by approved; and That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution arc based and contained in the public hearing record concerning Application 4-ASA-95 as set forth in the Minutes of Planning Cotmission Meeting of ?9th of August 1995 and are incorporated by reference herein.
