Flat Yard Area: The applicant shall reduce the amount of front and reaz yard flat azeas, excluding the driveway, to meet the 2,000 sq. ft. requirements of the ItHS ordinance to the greatest extent possible and to the satisfaction of the Cupertino Department of Community Development.
