SECTION [i: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for a change of facia as described in this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the following with regard to this application: The landscaping plan is in conformance with City Xeriscape Ordinance. Consistent with intent of Tentative Map approval. NO\V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the building modifications described above are hereby approved subject to the conditions which are enumerated in this Resolution; and That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution aze based and contained in the Public Hearing record concerning Application 2-ASA-95, as set forth in the Minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting of May 8, 1995, and are incorporated by reference herein. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits L1 and L2 dated 3-28-95, L3 and L4 dated 11-30-94 by Reed Associates, except as may be amended by the Conditions contained in this Resolution.
