SUBJECT: PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION LETTER -Applications 23-ASA-98,

This letter confirms the decision of the Planning Commission, given at the meeting of
November 23, 1998, approving the azchitectural review of six new residences on Cristo
Rey Drive, according to Planning Commission Resolution Nos. 4983, 4984, 4985, 4986,
4987 and 4988.
Please note that these approvals will expire two years from the date of issuance.
Also, be aware that an appeal of any of these decisions can be made within 14 calendaz
days of the decision. If this occurs, you will be notified of a public hearing which will be
_ scheduled before the City Cotmcil.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for an
Architectural and Site Approval, as described in this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal is beneficial and compatible with the
surrounding area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

1. APPROVED EXHIBITS
Approval is based on the 4-sheet plan set, the color and material board and the color elevation.
2. NOTICE OF FEES DEDICATIONS RESERVATIONS OR OTHER EXACTIONS
The Conditions of Project Approval set forth herein may include certain fees, dedication
requirements, reservation requirements, and other exactions. Pursuant to Government Code Section
G6020(d) (1), these Conditions constitute written notice of a statement of the aniuuut of such fees,
and a description of the dedications, reservations, and other exactions. You are hereby further
notified that the 90-day approval period in which you may protest these fees, dedications,
reservations, and other exactions, pursuant to Government Code Section 66020(a), has begun. If

you fail to file a protest within this 90-day period complying with all of the requirements of Section
66020, you will be legally barred from later challenging such exactions.
