Please note that these approvals will expire two years from the date of issuance. Also, be aware that an appeal of any of these decisions can be made within 14 calendar days of the decision. RESIDENCE IN UNIT I, LOT OI SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION Application No.: 23-ASA-98 Applicant: O'Brien Group Location: Lot 1-01 SECTION II: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for an Architectural and Site Approval, as described in this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal is beneficial and compatible with the surrounding area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the application no. 23-ASA-98, is here by approved and That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based and contained in the public hearing record concerning Application 23-ASA-98, as set forth in the Minutes of Planning Commission Meeting of November 23, 1998, and are incorporated by reference herein. APPROVED EXHIBITS Approval is based on the 4-sheet plan set, the color and material boazd and the color elevation except as may be amended by conditions contained in this resolution. 2. CHANGES TO TURRET The front entry turret shall be reduced to 23 feet high. 3.
