SECTION II: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for an architectural and Site Approval, as described in this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the changes are beneficial and compatible with the original approved architectural style and site design. NOW, "THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 'that after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the application no. 20-ASA-98, is here by approved and 'Chat the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based and contained in the public hearing record concerning Application 20-ASA-98, as set forth in the Minutes of Planning Commission Meeting of November 9, 1998, and are incorporated by reference herein. SECTION III: CONDITIONS ADMINISTERED BY THE COMMUMTY DEVELOPMENT DEPT. I. APPROVED EXHIBITS Approval is based on the architectural details plan sheet A7 of L. J. Design, dated November 9, 1998, but excluding the details of the gazebo, metal awning, interlocking paving, iron gate and redwood fence detail. The product colors shall be those approved on the original material boazd (board dated 8/3/98 of application 12-U-97) including: Thrush Wing, Caprice, Pussy Cat, Brown Bean or Potumac.
