Review Resolution. No. 28.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within one year, it shall expire on
December 13, 2.001.
Also note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 1.4 calendar days of the
decision. If this occurs, you will be notified of a public hearing, which wi11 be scheduled.

Section 66020(d) (1), these Conditions constitute written notice of a statement of the amount of
Buell fees, and a description of tl7e dedications, reservations, and other exactions. ~'au are hereby
