This letter confirms the decision of the Planning Commission, given at the meeting of
Febmary 14,2000, approving an architectural review ofa two-story, 5014 square foot
single family residence at 10470 Serra Street in the Oak Valley Development, according
to the enclosed copy of Planning Commission Resolution No. 5099.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within 2 years, it shall expire on February
14,2002.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days of
the decision. If this occurs, you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be
scheduled before the City Council.
