SIGNA%IE Signage is limited to what is allowed by the Sign Ordinance. Specifically, only one wall sign visible I~~rotn a public right-af~-way is allowed for this building. The existing grati~nd sign on De An ~a Blvd may be reconstructed ar refaced in accordance with the Sign Ordinance. 3. LIGI-TYING All exterior lights shall be screened ita such a manner that the light source is not directly visible from offsite, The adequacy of the screening wi11 be assessed. at pedestrian eye-level and eye-level of passengers in automobiles from the adjacent parking lot and from De Anna Blvd. Tl~e finaV design of the light fixtures will be subject to approval by the Director of Community Developrrrerrt prior to the isst~zce of building permits.
