Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of this letter. ASA-2006-16, subject to the conditions, which are enumerated in this Resolution. That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this resolution are based and contained in the public hearing record concerning Application ASA-2006-16 set forth in the Minutes of the Design Review Committee meeting of, September 21, 2006, and are incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein. SECTION III. CONDITIONS ADMINISTERED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPT. 1. APPROVED EXHIBITS Approval is based on the plan set titled: "Any Mountain Office Building, Site Plan (Scheme B)", consisting of three pages labeled Al, A2.2 and A2.3 and dated 8/28/06, except as may be amended by conditions in this resolution. LANDSCAPING Prior to building permit approval, the applicant shall submit a detailed landscaping plan subject to the review and approval of the Director of Community Development. 3. LIGHTING Any parking structure lighting shall be designed to not cast glare onto adjacent properties.
