A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
DESIGNATING PERMIT PARKING ZONE ON FAIRWOODS COURT
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1197 of the City of Cupertino ordains that a
preferential permit parking zone be established in Cupertino in which parking will be
prohibited on streets as designated by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, exemption to such prohibition shall be by parking permit as
established in said ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said parking prohibition shall
apply every day of the week.
