After speaking with the applicant for application
#ASA-2007-13, it was determined a sign
exception would be the better course of action.
EXC-2008-08 was assigned and partial fees
were refunded on 5/6/08. The applicant further
modified the scope of their project so that
Planning approval was not needed. This file has
been closed and a refund of the remaining funds
has been requested.
