A RESOLUTION OF' THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF' CUPERTINO
APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN TWO PARCELS OF' LAND
WITHOUT A PARCEL MAP IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 66412(d)
OF SUBDIVISION MAP ACT AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1984
TRACT NO. 1960, PIlAR LAP DRIVE
IVl!EREAS, there lias been submitted to the staff a lot line adjust-
ment between lots 26 and 27 of Tract No. 1960; and more particularly
de6cribed in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and
IVHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to c;ce if a
parcel map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance ,.ith Section 66412(d) of the SUbdivision
Hap Act this adjustment may be made without fjJtng é1 oarcel. map;
NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Conncil of the City
of Cupertino hereby approved the aforementioned lot line adjustment
and exempts it from the requirements of the parcel mar.
This resolution shall be recorded at the officE:'. of the County
l~ecorder .
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of thc City Council of

Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of lot 26 as said Lot is
shown on Tract No. 1960 filed in Book 91 of Maps, at pages 50 and 5l, Santa
Clara County Records, described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 26, said point being in
the northwesterly line of Phar Lap Drive as shown on said map; thence fran
said Point Of Beginning along the south'oæsterly line thereof N42"30'23"W
l20.00 feet to the northwesterly corner of said Lot; thence S46"52'34"E
l20.35 feet to said northwesterly line of Phar Lap Drive; toonce along said
