STRATEGY 1. Control Size of New Single-family Construction Amend zoning ordinances to control the size of new residential construction. 2. Size and Density of Adjacent Non -Conventional Residential Residential developnent located in non -conventional zoning districts shall reduce the scale and intensity of building forms adjacent to existing single-family neighborhoods to be reasonably ccunpatible with the adjacent single-family residential development. Developrbent intensity may be reduced below the minimm dwelling unit density specified in the land use diagram to accomplish the above objectives. 3. Privacy and Perceived BuildiM Mass Minimize excessive visual intrusion into adjacent developed residential properties and reduce perceived building mass from adjacent developed residential properties due to grade deferentials.
