A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO AND GODBE RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS FOR PUBLIC
OPINION RESEARCH SERVICES
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Cupertino and Godbe Research and
Analysis outlining the terms and conditions for conducting a public opinion survey to
measure citizen satisfaction has been presented to the City Council; and said agreement in
the amount of $15,750 having been approved by the City Manager and City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement herein referred to on behalf of the City of Cupertino.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 18th day of August, 1997, by the following vote:
