A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUN<~IL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR STREETLIGHT PURPOSES,
LUTHERAN CHURCH OF OUR SAVIOR, CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA, A
CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, 10785 CARVER DRIVE, APN 375-35-016
WHEREAS, the Lutheran Church of Our Savior, Cupertino, CA, a California
Corporation has executed a Grant of Easement for Streetlight Purposes, which is in good
and sufficient form, granting the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, easement over certain property to construct, repair, operate and maintain any
and all improvements necessary for operatiori of a streetlight, situate at 10785 Carver
Drive, APN 375-35-016, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B",
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 16th day of December, 2008, by the following vote:

GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR STREETLIGHT PURPOSES
All that real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Claza, State of
California, being a portion of the lands described in that certain deed recorded on July 26,
1962 in Book 5660 of Official Records at page 681, Santa Clara County Records and
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of L,ot 146, as said lot is shown on that certain
map entitled "TRACT 1287", filed for record on April 27, 1954 in Book 48 of Maps at
pages 46 and 47, in the Office of the Recorder of Santa Clara County, said point being on
the westerly right-of--way line of Carver Drive, as said drive is shown on said map, and
the beginning of a curve to the left, from which point a radial line bears South 61°45'47"
East; thence southerly along said curve having a radius of 1570.00 feet, through a central
angle of O°12'09", an azc length of 5.55 feet; thence leaving said right-of--way line North
87°37' 19" West, a distance of 86.19 feet; thence North 02°22'41" East, a distance of 5.00
feet to the southerly line of said "TRACT 1287"; thence along said line South 87°37' 19"
East, a distance of 88.60 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing an area of
437 square feet, more or less.
