RESOLUTION NO. 7464
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN TWO PARCELS OF LAND
WITHOUT A PARCEL MAP IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 664l2(d)
OF SUBDIVISION MAP ACT AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1984 LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF NORTH FOOTHILL
BOULEVARD AND CUPERTINO ROAD
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the staff a lot line adjustment
for the two lots located at the southeast corner of North Foothill Boulevard
and Cupertino Road. The parcel being exchanged is described in attached
Exhibits "A" and "B", the owners being William Barnes and Son Company, Inc.
and Hugh F. Jackson and Arlene E. Jackson; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a pacrel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map
Act this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;
NOW, THEREOFRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby approves the aforementioned lot line adjustment and exempts
it from the requirements of the parcel map.
This resolution shall be recorded at the Office of the County Recorder.

A portion of Parcel 1 as shown on that certain Parcel Map filed for record in
Book 510 of Maps at Page 40, Santa Clara County Records, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Parcell;
Thence along the southwesterly line of said pàrcel 1 South 51° 52' 30" East,
43.02 feet to the West line of that certain Ingress-Egress Easement recorded
in Book I 903 of Official Records at Page 732, Santa Clara County Records;
Thence along said West Line North 00° 00' 46" West, 40.80 feet to the north-
erly line of said Parcell;
Thence along said northerly line North 89° 53' 00" West, 14.63 feet to a tan-
gent curve to the left in said northerly line, having a radius of 20.00 feet:
Thence along said curve through a central angle of 73° 28' 41" an arc distance
of 25.65 feet to the Point of Beginning.
