AtJ'IHORIZING AGREEMENT BEIWEEN THE CITY OF aJPERI'INO AND THE
CXXJNI'Y OF SANrA crARA FOR'IHE RESURFACING OF FINCH AVENUE
BEIWEEN CALlE DE BARCE:J:alA AND :mIL IANE AND PAvnŒ:NT
REPAIR OF FINCH AVENUE AND MILIER AVENUE
WHEREAS, the city of CUpertino is urñertak:inJ a street resurfacirq
project for certain public streets; an:i
WHEREAS, the County of Santa Clara would like to include portions of
Finch Avenue an:i Miller Avenue which lie within the County's jurisdiction
into the City's resurfacirq project in the interest of the public an:i the
orderly oampletion of the resurfacirq of the streets; an:i
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed
cooperative agreement between the City an:i the County outlinirq the terms
an:i con:litions un:ier which the project shall be oampleted, an:i said
agreement havirq been approved by the Director of Public Works an:i the
City Attorney;
NOW, 'I'HEREroRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the city of
CUpertino hereby approves the aforementioned cooperative agreement and
authorizes the Mayor an:i the city Clerk to execute the agreement in behalf
of the City of CUpertino.
