WHEREAS, there has been submitted to staff a lot line adjustment by
James H. Sisk, for a portion of IDt 19 to be conveyed to rots 17 an:i 18,
Block 5, "P" of Maps, Page 23; property located at the northwest co:rner of
EIrpire Avenue an:i Gran:i Avenue; an:i IOC>re particularly des=ilied in the
attached Exhibits "A" an:i "B"; an:i
WHEREAS, the city staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; an:i
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412 (d) of the SUbdivision Map
Act, this adjustment may be made without filirq a parcel map;
NOW, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby hereby approves the corrected lot line adjustment an:i
exerrpts it from the requirements of the parcel map.
'Ibis resolution shall be recorded at the Office of the County Recorder.
