AND APPROVING IN<::RE:MES IN CERl'AIN RATES
WHEREAs, the existirq Traffic Signal Maintenance contract provides for
extensions of one year each with COI'1CUrrence of the contractor; an:i
WHEREAs, the contractor has agreed to extexxl the contract for signal
maintenance; an:i
WHEREAS, the contract provides for rate increases when the consumer
price in:1ex at San Francisco increases; an:i
WHEREAs, it has been established that an Ïl1crease of 4.7% 0CCl1rred
between Mard1, 1987 an:i Mard1, 1988.
NOW, 'IHERE1'UHt:, BE IT RESOLVED that the City agrees that the rates
shall be increased to those shown on the attached document marked Exhibit
nAif.
