WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval an:i

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed
agreement for the construction of streets, cw:bs, an:i gutters, an:i for
other :iJrprovements, an:i good an:i sufficient bomB, fees, an:i deposits as
set forth in Exhibit "A" havirq been presented for the faithful
performance of said work an:i the canyirq out of said agreement; and said
map, agreement an:i bomB havirq been approved by the City Attorney;
NOW, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED '!HAT
a. said final map an:i ~ement plans of Tract No. 8117, be and
the same are hereby approved.
b. The offer of dedication for roadway an:i for ""'.........1'Its is hereby
accepted.
c. The city Erqineer an:i the city Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign said final map.
d. The City Erqineer is hereby authorized to sign the inprovement
plans.
e. The Mayor an:i the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement herein referred to.
