WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval of
the final plan for the bnprovement of street frontage located at Tan:iem

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed
agree¡oont for the construction of streets, curbs, gutters am sidewalks

Attorney;
NOW, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said final plan for the
bnprovement of street frontage at 10300 Tantau Avenue, be an:i the same is,
hereby, approved; an:i the City ~ineer is hereby authorized to sign said
final plan; an:i the Mayor an:i the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the agree¡oont herein referred to in behalf of the City of
CUpertino.
