The undersigned further make an irrevocable offer of dedication to the City of Cupertino and its successor and assign of the easternmost fifteen (l5) feet of Lot 3 as shown on Parcel Map filed January l7, 1986, in Book 554 of Maps, at pages 48 and 49, Santa Clara County Records, for the purpose of a Public Utility Easement.
