A RESOLÙnON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUP'ERTINO
INCREASING ,;¡'10UNT PAID TO\'> ARD INSURANCE F'F(EMIUMS FOR
COUNC I L~IEMBERS
WHEREAS, Councilmembers presently are eligible for up to
1180.00 per month for insurance premiums; and
WHEREAS, this amount was determined at a time when same
amount was provided for City employees; and
WHEREAS, the amoLlnt toward employees' insL,rance benef i ts has
been illcreased to a ma~{imum of $230.00 each month;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City COLlnci 1 of the>----
City of Cupertino authorizes up to $230.00 per month paid towards
insurance premiums for each Councilmember and that. insurance
premiums eligible for such payment are insurance programs which
~re provided other City employees.
