AND SUPERIOR RESCURCE'S, INC.
WHEREAS, a Coverage Agreement ani a Plan Trust Agreement between the
city of CUpertino ani Superior Resources, Inc. outlinin:.J the tems am

dependent care costs ani medical costs in excess of the employer 's
contriliution to Þe paid with Þefore-tax dollars has Peen presented to the

WHEREAS, said agreement has Peen approved Þy the city Manager ani the
city Attorney;
NCNl, ~ul<E, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor ani the city Clerk are
hereÞy authorized to execute the agreement herein referred to in behalf of
the city of CUpertino.
