A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
JAN H.W. STOECKENIUS AND JULIA J.W. TIEN
CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY .01 ACRES, LOCATED
ON CUPERTINO ROAD
WHEREAS, Jan H. W. Stoeckenius and Julia J. W. Tien have executed a Grant
of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form granting
to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement
over certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino,
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and
made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately .01 acres on Cupertino Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this --l5.th- day of AlIgll~t ,1988, by the following vote:

and 17A as said lots are shown on'that certain map entitled "Map
of Inspiration Point, Monte Vista", which map was filed for
record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa
Clara, State of California on April 11, 1917 in Book "P" of Maps
at Page 18, being more particularly described as follows:
The most northerly 10 feet of the above referred to Lot 17A and
the most northerly 10 feet of the westerly 35.12 feet of the
above referred to Lot 5 as described as follows;
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said Lot 17A, said point
being the True Point of Beginning of this description;
