RESOLUTION NO. 7595
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR SIDEWALK PURPOSES FROM
PUI LAM TSANG, TRUSTEE, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD WEST OF BLANEY AVENUE
WHEREAS, Pui Lam Tsang, Trustee, Grantor has executed a Grant of
Easement which is in good and sufficient form conveying to the City of
Cupertino, Grantee, an easement for sidewalk purposes over the property
situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0.015 acres, located on the south side of Stevens Creek
Boulevard west of Blaney Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.

DESCRIPTION OF 5 FOOT WIDE SIDEWALK EASEMENT
Beginning at the northerly corner of Parcel A as ahown on
that certain Record of Survey filed September 19, 1968 in
Book 242 of Map,; at pdql' 19, San La Clara Coun Ly Hecords,
which is also Lhe southerly right of way line of Stevens
Creek Blvd. located 75 feet south of the street monument
line, as shown on the said Record of Survey.
Thence easterly along the southerly right of way line of
Stevens Creek Blvd. N 89° 54' 00" E, 135.00 feet: thence
leaving the said southerly right of way of Stevens Creek
Blvd., South, 5.00 feet; thence 589" 54' 00" W, 135 feet;
thence North, 5.00 feet to the point of beginning of this
description.
Containing 675 square feet, more or less.
